As part of MAAT Holdings we work to solve hard problems like a shortage of affordable housing. For this issue we are working with a host of brands and investment groups to build affordable houses in Bluefield, VA and Wilmington, NC as our test markets. These rely on modular housing manufacturing and design to optimize for materials and labor.
